Estrela Jerry Seinfeld interpretando a si mesmo morando num apartamento em Manhattan, Nova Iorque. Há um eclético leque de personagens, que inclui Cosmo Kramer (Michael Richards), George Costanza (Jason Alexander) e Elaine Benes (Julia Louis-Dreyfus).
